What data we handle
Newsletter: if you subscribe, we keep your email and the language of the page you subscribed from. We do not ask for your name or anything else.
Visit statistics: we use Umami, which uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It records aggregate data: pages viewed, referring site, approximate country and city, device type, browser and language. It does not identify people.
Technical logs: our host (Netlify) processes technical data from each request, such as the IP address, to serve and protect the site.
Agent API: if an agent pays for a request with x402, the payment is recorded on the Base network, which is public. Nendari does not store that data.
The site uses no first-party or third-party cookies. It only keeps three preferences in your browser (localStorage): light or dark theme, whether you folded "In 30 seconds", and whether you closed the language notice. They never leave your browser.
What we use it for
Your email, only to send you the newsletter in your language. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Statistics, to know what is read and improve the site.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you subscribe and confirm the email we send you. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else processes it
Kit (kit.com) sends the newsletter and keeps the subscriber list. Netlify (netlify.com) hosts the site. Umami (umami.is) processes the statistics. Kit is a US company, so your email is stored in that country.
How long
Your email, while you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, you stop receiving emails and can ask us to delete it.
Statistics are kept for up to 6 months.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every newsletter. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, write to hello@nendari.com. We reply within 10 days at most.
These rights come from the data protection law of your country, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union or Law 25,326 in Argentina. If we do not reply, you can complain to your country's data protection authority.
In the European Union you also have the right to portability, to object to processing and to restrict it.
Changes
If anything described here changes, we update this page with the new date.
